Stephen's Declamation 2014

Our annual “Brother Alexander Stephens’ Declamation” will be held this Thursday. 

The topics for this year will be as follows:

People:

Hon. Sis. Louise McBee
Br. Alexander Stephens

Resolutions: 
BIHR: Net neutrality is integral to freedom.
BIHR: The success of a democracy is dependent upon the education of its citizenry.
BIHR: Public education in America does not effectively provide opportunities for upward mobility.

Come to Phi Kappa Society tomorrow to debate: Be it hereby resolved, the state of Georgia should outlaw the distribution of revenge porn.
