Stephens Declamation Topics

Here are the topics for this week’s Phi Kappa event, the Stephens Declamation! Participants are to choose one of the following nine options and then must speak for five minutes. If you wish to participate and haven’t contacted Sister Shuck yet, please do so as soon as possible!
